Designed, built, and tested a gas-liquid separator amongst other components of an electrolyzer system for prototyping and final product. Designed an electrolyzer cell “sub stack”, using FEA to confirm compression requirements for overmolded seals and withstanding a 300-ton hydraulic clamping system. Had project ownership of the redesign and maintenance of single-unit full size cell used for product testing and proof of concept.
